We will discuss your lifestyle, your medical history, your objectives, the different weight loss medication options available, and their appropriateness for you. No pressure and no obligation to proceed.

If you are eligible and would like to proceed, then we can start with a 4 weeks starter treatment as part of a supervised weight management programme. Pricing is explained below. Medications are prescribed solely at Dr Nisa’s discretion following a full assessment. Our regulated pharmacy suppliers will arrange for the medication to be delivered to you by courier in discreet packaging.

Dr Nisa will explain what medication is suitable for you and can guide you over video on how to administer the medication correctly.

If treatment is effective and well-tolerated, we can continue treatment on a monthly basis until we have met your goals. You are free to stop at any time.

You’ll receive regular follow‑up consultations with Dr Nisa as part of your subscription, with more frequent check‑ins (once every 1-2 weeks) during your first month.

We’ll help keep an eye on progress, and continually review whether further medication is advisable or if dosage should be adjusted. If we are satisfied that you have met your goals then we can help you to transition away from the medication and develop a plan to maintain the target weight.

The aim is to help you reach your goals safely, sustainably, and with medical oversight throughout.

Support from a member of our nutritionist team on managing your diet during and potentially after your treatment - typically a combination of calls and messages once or twice a month. Or more frequent / longer calls with a doctor to discuss any further concerns.

These optional services will incur extra fees, which will always be discussed with you first.
