1. Medical Service
All consultations and prescriptions provided by White Giraffe Limited are issued following a full clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and in line with current medical guidelines. All prescriptions are at the clinician’s discretion.
2. Payment Terms & Pricing
Full payment is required prior to dispatch of medication or start of subscription services. White Giraffe Limited reserves the right to withhold services or prescriptions until payment is received in full. Pricing may vary due to supplier availability and is subject to change.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Medication cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in accordance with UK medicines regulations. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, in line with our subscription policy.
4. Medication Supply
Medications prescribed are for the named patient only and must not be shared or transferred. Patients are responsible for safe storage and correct use of all medications. White Giraffe Limited is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party pharmacies or couriers.
5. Patient Responsibility
Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history and inform the clinician of any health changes, allergies, or medications. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect clinical safety and could result in the suspension of services.
6. Liability
White Giraffe Limited accepts no liability for misuse of prescribed medication or failure to follow medical advice. In case of any adverse effects, patients should seek immediate medical attention and contact us promptly. White Giraffe Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Confidentiality
All patient information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and medical confidentiality standards.
8. Regulation
White Giraffe Limited (Provider ID 1-14928049402) is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide remote medical and prescribing services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Amendments
White Giraffe Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website.
